I/we certify that the horse was, in fact, purchased from the owner listed on the certificate and guarantee that ALL owner information and sales have been accurately and truly reported. (In the event that an owner does not properly and truly report transfer, there may be a delay in processing, or potentially even void the transfer and/or certificate.)

I/we, (seller) certify that the above-named horse is the one registered (or to be registered) with ADNAR, and that the current registration certificate (or application with breeder’s certification) has been delivered to the buyer and authorize transfer of ownership. ** I also agree that the certificate has not left my possession without accurately reporting buyer information, in a timely manner and understand that releasing the certificate without this information (including accurate & true date and buyer’s full name) may void the horse’s certificate and/or application
