If your questions are not answered in the dashboard, visit the FAQ page or email us at margaret+status@animalregistration.org. This just ensures your questions are directed to the correct personal and can be more quickly and accurately replied to.

  • Standard processing time can vary from 4-6 weeks. Those applications with DNA are given priority processing, second to RUSH applications.
  • If you mailed your application via USPS, processing time will be on the higher end
  • For quick & accurate replies, do NOT use the ‘contact us’ form below. ALL correspondence should be via direct email ONLY

You may be wondering why there is no phone number listed…..

We can provide you with the most accurate & complete information via email. We are horse people just like you, so sometimes have unconventional office hours. If you do reach us by phone, we will either direct you to our site (HERE :-)) , where you can do pretty much everything & anything needed OR instruct you to email us with your inquiry.

In addition, its often more effective to send owners resources through email for a higher understanding, as DNA, registration, & the verification process can sometimes be complex. We deal with the atypical scenarios, so rarely are the applications we receive cut & dry.  We tend to receive the same or similar questions on a regular basis, so have created these resources to better accommodate everyone. Otherwise, we could be on the phone all day long with no time to actually process apps & certificates.

If you have a concern that MUST be addressed via phone call, please send us a DIRECT EMAIL with your inquiry and the best number to reach you at. Please also take into consideration that we serve owners WORLDWIDE, so many of us function in alternate time frames
